Our Monitoring and Performance Team, carries out call monitoring on 15 business areas, including the contact centre and claims handlers. The team has overseen a dramatic improvement in customer call quality scores over the last 12 months, as well as an increase in the number of customer testimonials.
DAS employees from the company’s Operational Claims department, which contains the Contact Centre, were shortlisted for four awards across three different categories. The Contact Centre is the hub for providing assistance to customers looking to access the services provided in their DAS insurance policies.
