Matthew Tudball, a Senior Contact Centre Adviser, was the first person to receive a 100% call score in DAS UK’s Bedwas office; this marked the third year running that the DAS Contact Centre had been a winner at the South West Contact Centre Awards.

Adrienne was nominated in recognition of her service to the insurance institute and the insurance market, both locally and nationally; and becomes the first woman to recieve the award.

Our Monitoring and Performance Team, carries out call monitoring on 15 business areas, including the contact centre and claims handlers. The team has overseen a dramatic improvement in customer call quality scores over the last 12 months, as well as an increase in the number of customer testimonials.

South West Contact Centre Forum Awards - Performance and Quality Award & Team Leader of the Year

DAS employees from the company’s Operational Claims department, which contains the Contact Centre, were shortlisted for four awards across three different categories. The Contact Centre is the hub for providing assistance to customers looking to access the services provided in their DAS insurance policies.
