DAS customer understanding initiative shortlisted for insurance industry award

DAS’ multi award-winning Customer Understanding initiative has been shortlisted in tonight’s 2017 Insurance Times Awards.

The nomination comes in the ‘Customer Champion of the Year: Insurer’ category which celebrates projects that demonstrate measurable improvement in the end-to-end customer experience.

Driven by in-depth behavioural insight, the DAS project has brought increased clarity and understanding to the company’s customers and stakeholders and is part of an ongoing commitment to developing high quality communication and innovation in the customer experience sphere.

The project has already been successful at the Insurance Marketing & PR Awards and the Nudge Awards, as well as receiving a nomination at the British Insurance Awards.

The winners of the 2017 Insurance Times Awards will be announced in a ceremony at the InterContinental O2 in London.
