DAS shortlisted for Customer Champion of the Year award at the ITAs

DAS UK Group has been shortlisted in the ‘Customer Champion of the Year – Insurer’ category at this week’s Insurance Times Awards.

Judged by an independent panel of experts from across the sector, the Insurance Times Awards is the largest and most prestigious accolades of its kind, recognising and celebrating excellence and innovation across the breadth of UK insurance.

We have come a long way in terms of better understanding and serving our customers and it’s wonderful to be recognised for that.

The DAS submission was centred on the transformation of our contact centre, but also drew in the newly launched suite of websites, skills for Amazon Alexa and Google Home, and the new e-trading platform.

Head of Operational Claims Carol Parsons commented:

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony this Thursday at London’s InterContinental O2.

DAS Adviser wins Customer Service Representative of the Year

Last night’s South West Contact Centre Awards at Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol saw DAS UK Group’s Matthew Tudball awarded the title of Customer Service Representative of the Year.
