DAS Shortlisted for Customer Champion of the Year Award at the ITAs

DAS UK Group has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Insurance Times Awards in the ‘Customer Champion of the Year – Insurer’ category.

Judged by an independent panel of experts from across the sector, the Insurance Times Awards are the largest and most prestigious accolades of their kind, recognising and celebrating excellence and innovation across the breadth of UK insurance.

We have come a long way in terms of better understanding and serving our customers and it’s wonderful to be recognised for that.

The DAS submission was centred on the transformation of our contact centre, but also drew in the newly launched suite of websites, skills for Amazon Alexa and Google Home, and the new e-trading platform.

Stage Two judging takes place on 10th and 11th October and the winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 6th December at London’s InterContinental O2.

DAS Adviser wins Customer Service Representative of the Year

Last night’s South West Contact Centre Awards at Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol saw DAS UK Group’s Matthew Tudball awarded the title of Customer Service Representative of the Year.
