You can complete your claim form online and email it to us and we will respond within 48 hours.

You can also report a claim to us by phoning the number on your policy documents.

To gain the maximum benefit from your policy, you should follow these simple guidelines if you are faced with a potential legal dispute:

  1. It is always important to get legal advice from us as soon as possible.
  2. If you think you may have to claim, please do not instruct a solicitor unless we have given our permission. If you do we will not pay the costs involved.
  3. If you call the Legal Advice Service to discuss a problem that might lead to a claim it is important to note that, because the service provided is confidential, a telephone call to the Legal Advice Service does not constitute notification of a claim under the policy.
