Our aim is to provide you with the practical help you need to resolve legal problems quickly and effectively.

To make the claims process as accessible as possible you can now report a non-motor claim by phoning the number on your policy document, as well as by filling in a claim form online or by printing off a hard copy and completing it and sending it to the Claims Department.
