RAB2021

This is a terrible disease, not only affecting the person with the illness, but also their family and friends. We should offer any help we can to help fight it. From a personal perspective, this route has been on the bucket list for a number of years and this was too good an opportunity to miss!

I am a member of a cycling club in Bristol, and our normal rides are around 30 to 40 miles. I have started longer rides, taking the train to Salisbury and cycling back to Bristol and cycling to Stonehenge. 110 miles has been the longest so far, but nine 100 mile plus rides in a row will be a challenge.

By the end of the ride, I want to say I rode Lands’ End to John O’Groats and could still walk after!

Bike: For such a long ride, I have chosen a comfortable bike, a Trek Domane SL7.
