DAS Shortlisted for Marketing/PR Team of the Year

DAS UK Group’s Marketing team has been shortlisted for Marketing/PR Team of the Year at the 2018 Insurance Marketing & PR Awards.

Now in their fourth year, the awards, which are held annually by Insurance Post magazine, celebrate creativity in insurance marketing and PR, particularly the use of innovative thinking to maintain a connection between businesses and the markets in which they operate.

For the Marketing/PR Team of the Year category, submissions needed to demonstrate that a team has made significant strides in promoting their brand through marketing and PR activities in the last 12-18 months, while also providing a major contribution to the success of the business they work for.

The submission from DAS detailed a highly successful period for the marketing function, including a team restructure and recruitment campaign, the launch of the Market Barometer series of insight-led thought leadership, the creation of a portfolio of four new corporate websites, delivery of the world’s first LEI skill for Amazon Alexa, and significantly increased performance against all KPI targets.

Alongside DAS, other nominees in the Marketing/PR Team of the Year category include AXA, LV=, Simply Business and Zurich Insurance.

The awards ceremony will be held this Wednesday 12 September at the Marriott Grosvenor Square in London.
