eClaims is a brand new service from
DAS. You can now get access to the latest
information on your
claims from anywhere, at any time, with one simple
login. You will also be able to obtain contact
details for the solicitor appointed to deal with
your claim.
Simply go to
https://eclaims.das.co.uk and use the username
and password supplied in your eClaims letter.
Before you login you will be asked to read and
accept our User Agreement. For security reasons we
recommend that once you have logged in you follow
the instructions to change your password to a
suitable memorable word.
You will then be able to access information
including a brief summary of the progress of your
claim and relevant contact details for the appointed
solicitor. For more detailed up-to-date
clarification, or if the information required is not
available, please contact the solicitor using the
details provided.
To improve
communication on your behalf, this information is
also available, via a secure login, to your
insurance company, insurance broker and panel
solicitor.
